For example, it has a new finishing point for meat, a new deli with sliced and packaged ham, a central gondola in the perfumery for specialized cosmetics, a freshly squeezed orange juice service, sushi specialties, a new oven section with a bread slicer and refrigerated pastries, and a new display in the fishmonger’s for shellfish products, among other new features. The store also incorporates the new “Ready to Eat” section, which has a total of 35 different dishes, which can be customized in some cases, such as salads, pizzas or pastas, practically doubling in number. All these options are served in packaging made from natural materials, such as sugar cane (compostable material), cardboard or paper.
